New Update Version 2.0: Edit Custom Email Template, Timezone Setting & Pricing Changes

Hi, we are happy to announce that PerformFlow has launched a new update version 2.0! This update is now live on November 15, 2021 and all users will get updated automatically. 

This update enables a most requested features by our users: Custom Email Templates (including email subject and email content); In addition, we also have some adjustments for pricing. See below for more details.

* Please be noted that the this new features is only available if you subscribe for a paid plan (Individual or Team plan) due to server cost.

1. Custom Email Template

This is now much more convenient and easier for users to customize their own notification emails from PerformFlow. With this new feature, you can modify your email subjects and email contents for particular matters, thus saving time and boost your productivity. 

To use this feature, please follow these steps below: 

Step 1: On the configuration menu, in the field “Email Options“, click on “Custom Email Template

Step 2: You will see this Edit Email Template Dialog.

“Use default template” is a default option and you still can send all types of email normally with current default template.

“Use custom template” lets you customize your email template anyway you want. You can edit your subject and email body with you own content and add dynamic field to have a better experience in your flow.

 

Guideline for Dynamic Field

Dynamic field is the information display or button/action that PerformFlow creates automatically in the sending emails in workflow if you insert it. For example, <<Form Response Table>>> is the table including questions and answers of submissions PerformFlow creates automatically.

2. Timezone Setting

It is now much more convenient and easier for users to track your requests and form submissions from PerformFlow by setting your timezone in configuration.

3. Adjustment of Pricing

The email template feature is a big  update with months of coding so we call it version 2.0. This is a long-time requested feature and loved by many users though this feature causes a rise in our server cost. To recover this, we have no choice but to increase the pricing. Please check the new pricing here:

For Individual Plan

3-month term
  • The starting option offering 1,000 monthly emails quota (approx. 250 requests / month) will be $8 per month (already included $2 support fee).
  • In addition, we also add 3 larger quota options: 1,500 / 2,000 / 2,500 monthly emails. Each 500-monthly-email increase will cost an additional $2.
  • From 3,000 monthly emails quota, each higher option will offer 1,000 more monthly emails that costs an additional $4 for each increase.
12-month term (Remaining the same)
  • The starting option offering 1,000 monthly emails quota (approx. 250 requests / month) will be $5 per month (already included $2 support fee).
  • In addition, we also add 3 smaller quota options: 1,500 / 2,000 / 2,500 monthly emails. Each 500-monthly-email increase will cost an additional $1.5.
  • From 3,000 monthly emails quota, each higher option will offer 1,000 more monthly emails that costs an additional $3 for each increase.

For Team Plan

3-month term
  • The starting option offering 5,000 monthly emails quota (approx. 1250 requests / month) will be $39 per month (already included $5 support fee). Furthermore, the cost for each 5,000 more monthly emails will still maintain at $20.
12-month term
  • The starting option offering 5,000 monthly emails quota (approx. 1250 requests / month) will be $29 per month (already included $5 support fee). Moreover, the cost for each 5,000 more monthly emails will still maintain at $20.

*Note: Please rest assured that the pricing policy shall be applied starting from November 15 2021. All plans purchased before November 15, 2021 are still valid. Plus, you are NOT required to pay the extra based on the new pricing. Only when you decide to renew the plan or update the plan do you have to purchase with the new price.
