Set Conditioned Workflow with Update 1.2.0!

Hi, we are happy to announce that PerformFlow has launched a big update ver 1.2.0This update is now live on January 3 and all users will get updated automatically. 

1. Add Conditions to each Recipient:

You can now set conditions for each recipient so that each recipient will only receive approval email, notification email, or generated files when specified conditions are met.

This feature is applied to three modes: Generate & send document/PDF only; Create approval workflow only; and Combine all modes.

You can set conditions via Configuration menu where you add recipients:

Click on Conditions to open condition screen after a few secs:

On this screen, you can add multiple conditions & the rule you wants. You can make certain recipient to receive approval/notification/PDF email only if All conditions are met, or just One among specified conditions is met.

When you finish your setup, click Save & close, then Save on your add-on menu. 

2. Use Google Sheet as file template to generate PDF file:

With the new version 1.2.0, users can now also use Google Sheet as file template to generate PDF file. It works with 3 modes: Generate document/PDF onlyGenerate & send document/PDF only; and Combine all modes.

To select Google Sheet as file template, open your add-on Configuration menu, then click Select template via file template section:

After that, a template selection screen will appear. Here, go to Spreadsheets section and you will get to select your Google Sheet template:

The way you setup your Google Sheet template is exactly the same like how you did with Google Doc template.
