Stop Showing Google Sheets Report with Update 1.3.13!

Hi, we are happy to announce that PerformFlow has launched a new update ver 1.3.13This update is now live on June 12 and all users will get updated automatically. 

Enable/Disable Google Sheets report link on final-status email

Many users have informed us that they do not want the Spreadsheet report link appears on the final-status email.

To be clear, this link was automatically added in the final-status email that sent to all recipients. However, only the Form owner/creator can access the report. Other recipients CANNOT open the link, unless they got permission from the Form owner/creator. 

That said, we understand how inconvenient it was when the report link just appeared on the email. Therefore, we decided to add a new option on the Configuration menu called “Show Sheets report on final email”:

By default, this option will be switched OFF, meaning your Google Sheets report will no longer appear on the final-status email anymore.

But if you still want to share the report to your recipients, simply switch ON this option and the Google Sheets report link will appear on the final-status email again.

*Note: Even if you enable “Show Sheets report on final email” option, your recipients still need to ask you for permission if they want to access the link.
