1. Length of plan: 1-month & 6-month plans replace 3-month & 12-month plans respectively with monthly price unchanged
From now on, the subscription will be divided into 2 respective plans: 1 month and 6 months (instead of 3 months and 12 months as before) with your monthly payment amount for each plan remaining unchanged.
Pricing:
- Free Plan: $0 with 100 emails/month (approximately 25 requests/month on average).
- Individual: $36 for every 6 months of the 6-month plan or $8/month for every 1 month of the 1-month plan including 1200 emails/month (approximately 300 requests/month on average).
- Team Plan: $150 for every 6 months of the 6-month plan or $35/month for every 1 month of the 1-month plan including 5000 emails/month (approximately 1250 requests/month on average).
2. Your subscription will be renewed automatically instead of buying manually
No need to worry about forgetting your renewal date because we have now automated the renewal cycle for every month of the 1-month plan and every 6 months of the 6-month plan.

3. How to subscribe to a paid plan?
Currently, PerformFlow supports payments through our PayPal counterpart and with your Debit/Credit card. You can effortlessly choose one out of the two methods (credit/debit or paypal fund) to make a payment and start having great experience with PerfomFlow.

4. How to transfer and cancel your subscription?
Transfer your subscription:
Step 1: Click the “Transfer plan to other users” button at the top right of the screen, then enter the new user email address and click “Transfer user plan”.
Step 2: After confirming transferring your plan to the new user, you need to enter the verification code sent to your current email and click “Verify now” to complete.
Step 3: Check the updated status for both Subscription pages from old account and new account to make sure you have successfully transferred.
To cancel your subscription: you just need to click the “Cancel subscription” button at the top right of the screen and do confirmation to complete.
*Note: Please note that the subscription will remain at the current plan until the next billing date, which means it will only expire on the next billing date after cancellation.
5. Policy on upgrade and downgrade
An upgrade happens when the total amount of your new plan is more than what you paid previously. On the other hand, a downgrade occurs when the total amount of your new plan is less than what you paid previously.
a) Upgrade
When you upgrade, it will be effective immediately. The total amount equals the original price deducted by your remaining credit (only available for the 6-month plans). For example, you have paid $36 for a 6-month plan (equals $6/month), then on the first month of your subscription, the remaining credit is $30 (= $36 – $6). In the second month, your remaining credit is $24 (= $36 – $6×2), and so on.
b) Downgrade
When you downgrade, it will not be effective immediately but on the next billing date of your current plan.
The next billing date is when a subscription will get renewed, and the payment will be collected automatically. You can effortlessly choose one out of two methods: a debit/credit card or a PayPal account.
The starting billing date is when you begin being charged for your subscription.
