[Policy Update 2025] Changes to PerformFlow’s Refund Policy

We would like to inform you that we have recently updated our Refund Policy, effective immediately.

Our updated policy aims to streamline the refund process and ensure fairness across all users. We still offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all users, applicable only to the first billing cycle of a subscription.

  • The refund is only valid within 30 days from the initial purchase date of the first billing cycle.

  • This policy also applies to users who have previously canceled their subscription and later subscribed again. In such cases, the new subscription will be treated as a new first cycle, and the 30-day refund window will apply.

After the first billing cycle, refunds will no longer be issued under any circumstances.

Under the previous policy, users could request a partial refund after 30 days of purchase in cases where technical issues occurred. However, this is no longer applicable.

From April 1st, 2025, no refunds — full or partial — will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of the reason, including technical issues.
