We are writing to inform you of an upcoming update to our PerformFlow Team Plan subscription pricing, effective May 18, 2026.
Recently, several third-party services and verification systems we rely on, such as CASA Verification and related Google ecosystem requirements, have increased in cost significantly on a yearly basis. Along with increasing infrastructure and maintenance expenses, this has impacted the operational cost of maintaining the Team Plan service.
In addition, the number of teams and active users using PerformFlow has continued to grow steadily over time, resulting in higher infrastructure usage, processing capacity, and support requirements. To continue maintaining a reliable experience and supporting future improvements, we will be updating the Team Plan pricing as follows:

Plans for the 50,000 and 100,000 emails/month tiers will remain unchanged.
How This Affects Your Account
Active Subscriptions: Your current rate is locked in for the remainder of your active billing cycle. The updated price tiers will only apply to subscription renewals that occur after May 18, 2026.
Auto-Renewals: If your plan automatically renews, the new pricing will be applied to your first billing cycle following the effective date.
If the subscription has fewer than 10 days remaining, it will be charged at the old price. If it has more than 10 days remaining, it will automatically be charged at the new price.
