We sincerely thank you for your continued support as we work to enhance your workflow experience with PerformFlow. We want to bring to your attention two important updates that may affect your account: a change in how renewals work for some users and a new refund policy.

Please take a moment to carefully review the following details so you don’t experience any disruption in service.

1. Two powerful updates just landed on our Add-on!

We’re excited to announce two major new features designed to save you time and streamline your workflow. Here’s what’s new:

1.1. Conditional Destination Folders

Automatically route your generated documents to specific folders based on custom conditions you set.

Set it up in minutes:

  • Add destination folders: one default folder and multiple additional folders.

  • Set conditions for the additional destination folders.

  • Documents that meet your specified conditions will be routed to the matching folder. Any documents that don’t meet any conditions will automatically be saved to the default folder.

No more manual sorting. Everything goes exactly where it needs to, effortlessly.

1.2. Bulk Approval Actions

Tired of handling requests one by one? You can now approve, reject, or cancel multiple requests at once directly from your Need My Approval page.

How it works:

  1. Go to your Need My Approval page with in-progress requests

  2. Select the requests you want to manage

  3. Choose a bulk action (Approve, Reject, or Cancel)

  4. Click Apply and you’re done!

This is a huge time-saver for teams managing high volumes of approvals.

2. Update to Auto-Renewal Process

Disclaimer: This update applies only to users who purchased a paid plan before April 1, 2025.

If your purchase was on or after April 1st, 2025, your plan will continue to renew automatically. This change affects only users from earlier billing cycles.

To prevent any payment interruptions, subscriptions for customers who purchased their PerformFlow plan before April 1, 2025 will no longer renew automatically. This change is being made due to recent payment issues and applies only to users from earlier billing cycles.

To give you extra time to renew your subscription and to ensure there’s no interruption to your workflow when auto-renewal isn’t available, your subscription will be extended for 7 more days as a courtesy.

Once the 7-day grace period ends, your workflow will be paused, and your account will revert to the Free plan — meaning all advanced features will become unavailable.
