Hello PerformFlow users,
Google has recently implemented limitations on certain access permissions. Therefore, our latest update on August 21st unfortunately introduced errors that are impacting all users. We understand the frustration this may cause, and we assure you that we are actively working to resolve the issues. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Below are the solutions.
Problem 1: Can’t access the dashboard
Solution: Clear cache and cookies on your internet browser and log in to the dashboard again. Here is how to do it on Chrome.
Step 1: Click the “View site information” button on the address bar, then click “Cookies and site data.”

Step 2: Click “Manage on-device site data.”

Step 3: Click the trash can icon to delete the data, then click Done.

Step 4: Log in to the dashboard again.
Problem 2: Requests and dashboard not generated
Step 1: Visit the generation mode of our add-on.
Step 2: Reselect the file template again if the template is owned by the add-on owner email.
If the template is shared with you, you must make a copy of it and then reselect the copy. This is because Google has released restrictions on Google Drive access, so our add-on cannot use templates shared by others and can only use templates owned by the add-on owner account.
Step 3: Select the destination folder owned by the add-on owner account, similar to the file template.

Problem 3: Can’t open the add-on and/or can’t click the reauthorize link
Step 1: Visit https://myaccount.google.com/connections using your owner account of the add-on.
Step 2: Find PerformFlow and delete the connections.

Step 3: Open the add-on, and there will be a new popup like the one below.

Step 4: Click OK and allow all the permissions below.
