Which approval workflow you used most frequently?

Heru: We use it for our Out-of-Office permission request (Leave Request).

Could you tell us the problem you faced before using PerformFlow?

Heru: In the past we used Google Sheets to manage our leave requests. But the problem was that our managers had to open and edit a Google spreadsheet manually. Optimizing this spreadsheet was not a viable option either because it required setting up apps scripts, creating html, etc… While our managers would rather to give approval via hard physical copy if they could not do so via Gmail.

How PerformFlow helps you solve those problems?

Heru: The best thing about the add-on is the One-Click approve feature on Gmail. It makes approval much easier for managers to just click and it can be done using their hand phone.

What features do you want to see in the next PerformFlow update?

HeruI would like to have ability to check for quota usage and quota notifications for the Team Plan. It would help our team to manage our email quota much easier.
