STORING WORKFLOW DATA

PerformFlow approval workflow automatically sends notification email, including respondent’s answers & approval request to recipient after every new Google Forms submission.

In real-time, the approvals are collected in PerformFlow website, and are not originally part of the Google Form.

So when an approval workflow is setup, PerformFlow stores specific configuration data in Google Firebase.

This data is absolutely essential for the website to trigger email notification and update of the approval information in the Form responses spreadsheet, whenever there is an approval action on the document flow.

ABOUT YOUR BANKING DATA

We are using PayPal to manage all your payments.

When you purchase a PerformFlow license using PayPal, it only provides us with your customer email address (linked to your PayPal account).

We have no information on your postal address or your contact phone number. PayPal does not share with us your bank or credit/debit card information (not even the last four digits).

At the moment, PerformFlow does not automatically renew your plan.
