Refund Policy

The default approval status of a request is In Progress, Approved, Rejected, or Pending. You can now customize the text of these labels.

Step 1: Under Advanced Options, click Edit status label.

Step 2: A popup will open, and you will see the default values of each status. Type the customized text in the box next to the default label.

Step 3: Click Save to finish.
