When you setup & add file template to the add-on, you may encounter these two common errors.

- Error 1: Missing Field in Form.

Error 1: Missing Field on Form
This error means that there is Matching Question Field(s) presented in your Google Docs template, yet there is no respective question(s) found in your Google Form:

If you get this error, you can still generate document/PDF. However, your generated document/PDF will not include the missing field(s).
To solve this error, simply add the missing question to your Google Forms (e.g. Reason to Leave).
Error 2: Missing Field on File Template
This error means that there is question(s) found in your Google Forms, yet the respective Matching Question Field(s) cannot be found in your Google Docs template:

If you get this error, you can still generate document/PDF. However, your generated document/PDF will not include the missing Matching Question Field(s).
To solve this error, simply add the missing question to your Google Docs (e.g. <<Reason to Leave>>).
