You can add additional recipients to your workflow emails using the CC Emails and BCC Emails fields. These settings apply to all emails sent in the workflow, including emails sent to recipients and respondents.
What are CC and BCC?​
- CC (Carbon Copy): Sends a visible copy of the email to the listed recipients. All recipients can see who is copied.
- BCC (Blind Carbon Copy): Sends a hidden copy of the email to the listed recipients. Other recipients cannot see these addresses.

Add Email Addresses
Go to Configuration > Email Options.
In the CC Emails or BCC Emails field, enter the email addresses that you want to add.
Press Enter after each email to save it.
- Click Save to save the configuration.
View the Emails You Added
After adding the addresses:
Click inside the CC Emails or BCC Emails field.
A drop-down list will show all saved email addresses.
Remove an Email Address
Click the CC Emails or BCC Emails field.
In the list of added addresses, click the address you want to remove.
The address is removed instantly.
- Click Save to save the configuration.
Notes and Tips
- These settings apply to all emails, including ones sent to recipients and respondents.
- You can add multiple addresses.
- Great for notifying teams like HR, Admin, Finance, or Management.
- You can update or remove addresses anytime.
