1. What is the automatic approval/rejection issue?
A problem related to automatic approval/rejection occurs when a request is automatically approved or rejected without action from any approver in the configuration setting.
2. Why requests are getting auto-rejected or auto-approved?
The reason for this problem is that when the email’s anti-malware system has automatically accessed the links included in the email by itself, it enables the “one-click approve” or “one-click reject” feature by mistake. As a result, the requests are approved and rejected without any recipients’ actions.
3. Solution for automatic approval/reject issue
Our add-on has a switch called “Bot verification for recipients” to prevent requests from getting auto-approved or auto-rejected.
To see how it works, please turn ON the “Bot verification for recipients” switch in the Configuration menu. In 3 minutes since you enabled it, our add-on requires recipients to click the “Confirm” button for bot verification.
This switch will help to ensure that the actions are done by humans, not a program written to spam your approval responses automatically.
