Learn how to allow your recipients to request the respondents to edit their responses.
If you have not yet created the Form Respondent field, read this guide to learn how.
Next, switch on Enable “Edit after submit” above the form respondent field:
Afterward, when a respondent submits a request, the recipient can ask for a response edit by clicking on Approve/Reject & Comment button on the approval email:
Clicking on the button will open the PerformFlow website. Here you can comment and click on Request Information to ask the respondent to edit their response.
The respondent will receive a new email requesting them to edit their response. And after editing the answer, they can re-submit the request once again.
*Note: By asking a respondent to edit their response, the respondent will have to revise their response and re-submit the request. As a result, this respondent’s request will be reset (meaning the add-on will send the approval emails to the recipients again).
